New Balance's Paris Marathon Weekend 2026 Run House celebrates running through "Parisian lens"

Promotion: footwear and apparel brand New Balance is hosting a three-day event during Paris Marathon Weekend 2026, celebrating running culture and the crafts that surround it.
Taking place from 11 to 12 April, the Run House Paris event will be held at a Parisian industrial venue that was once used as a workshop during the construction of the Eiffel Tower.
The venue will be transformed into a creative space that spotlights the city's running community through a "distinctly Parisian lens".

The industrial space will be equipped with a zinc rooftop developed in collaboration with Arzinc recycled zinc, in addition to installations exploring crafts that surround the operational side of the exercise, such as fabric innovation.
"At New Balance, we believe running is shaped as much by people and place as it is by performance," said New Balance senior director of brand marketing EMEA, Bruno Laroque.
"Run House Paris is built together with the city's running community and inspired by its craft," added Laroque. "It creates a space where runners can connect with the culture that surrounds the marathon weekend."

The event is open to the public throughout Paris Marathon Weekend 2026 as a gathering place for runners and visitors to connect and celebrate running together.
Throughout the weekend, Run House Paris will host a hospitality zone offering refreshments to both athletes and visitors, in addition to a range of treadmill stations where people can observe New Balance's latest running shoes – FuelCell SuperComp Elite v5, Ellipse v1, 1080v15 and RC apparel collection.
This section will focus on the storytelling surrounding New Balance's latest products and the innovation and science behind them.

On Saturday, a community run across iconic Parisian locations will take place, alongside a female-focused run and a recovery workshop with endurance athlete and coach Marine Leleu.
Also taking place on Saturday is a live podcast exploring the link between mindset, performance and mental health, featuring athletes Corentin Bonet, Romain Mornet and Marine Leleu.
On Sunday, the site will host a Marathon Wrap Party in partnership with RCC run crew, which will celebrate with local run communities and marathon runners.

According to New Balance, the event aims to bring together runners, athletes and the wider creative community throughout Paris.
"Across every Run House I design with New Balance, the ambition is to create a living place for runners and their community, a playground to express materials and crafts that reflect a strong local identity and connection to the people who call each city home," said the industrial and spatial designer on the Run House projects, Tom Ducarouge.
"In Paris, that meant working with reclaimed zinc taken from authentic rooftops across the city that have shaped my everyday landscape for nearly 30 years, and recreating that feeling in a new context was an exciting challenge that allowed us to bring a material part of Paris itself into the Run House for marathon weekend."

Alongside Run House Paris, New Balance will host a cultural programme alongside contributions from the local Parisian running community.
New Balance was founded in 1906 and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. It aims to empower people through craftsmanship and sport, creating positive change in communities across the world.
