Moov Up tiles by Ceramiche Keope
Dezeen Showroom: Italian brand Ceramiche Keope has unveiled a collection of porcelain surfaces that replicate the appearance and texture of cement.
Moov Up is an evolution of Ceramiche Keope's wider large-format Moov range of tiles, which was first released ten years ago in 2015.
"With the introduction of Moov Up, a new chapter in design unfolds," said the brand. "The collection stands out for its fine, compact graphic texture, offering a surface that is surprisingly soft to the touch and enriched with intricate nuances."
The tiles, which share a tactile surface finish, come in eight colours, including six cool to warm neutrals, and two bolder, trend-driven shades.
In tandem with Moov Up, the brand has introduced a new finish called ULTRAmatt, which enhances the tiles' grainy, realistic texture as well as providing anti-slip protection.
Alternatively, users can select the Naturale R9 surface or the Structured R11 finish, which is designed specifically for tiles that are installed outdoors.
Five tile shapes and styles are also included in the collection, which the brand describes as being "perfectly modular". This includes 120x120, mosaico, mosaico diamante, plisse and plisse 3D. These can be mixed and matched between styles and colourways.
Ceramiche Keope explained that it envisages the surfaces being used for both inside and outside applications, and in both residential and public projects.
