Perron Pillo Bed by Willo Perron for Knoll
This generously proportioned bed by Canadian designer Willo Perron gives the impression of a freestanding stack of pillows that you can't help but want to collapse onto.
The furniture is the latest in Perron's lineup of bloated pieces created for American brand Knoll, which have a simple but extremely effective appeal.
Perron Pillo Bed also marks the first bed produced by Knoll in several decades.
Ice Cube by 91-92
Copenhagen studio 91-92 is tearing up the rulebook of Danish design, opting for vivid hues and shapes not typically associated with pared-back Scandinavian furniture and products.
To celebrate the 2026 Chinese Year of the Horse, the studio added playful pony sculptures to the tops of its 3D-printed Ice Cube lamps, which nod to the freezing temperatures endured during Copenhagen winters.
91-92's overarching goal is to create "everyday objects that we want to live with" – a brief that Ice Cube passes with flying colours.
Konstrunda side table by Andu Masebo for IKEA
London designer Andu Masebo first put himself on the map with Tubular Chair, a striking piece of seating made from stainless steel tubes used to create car exhausts.
Now a household name, Masebo just designed a duo of curving side tables for IKEA's Konstrunda collection, created to offer collectible design at an affordable price point.
The tables are a smart graduation from Masebo's breakthrough chair and an obvious celebration of his fluid style. And on top of that, they don't break the bank.
Gel Lamp by Public Parts
Public Parts is the brainchild of London designer Billy Easter, who makes hand-cast silicone LED lamps with interchangeable colourful silicone gels.
Beautifully soft to the touch, the lamps' removable gels mean that the user can oscillate between various mood lightings.
"The lamp itself is also made entirely from silicone, giving it tactile and durable qualities that aren't immediately obvious from its geometric form," said Easter.
OG-NM301 by NM3, Quadro Design and Andrea Ferrari
Stainless steel experts NM3 looked to the aeronautical industry when designing this lightweight metallic stool in collaboration with Quadro Design and Andrea Ferrari.
The Milanese studio wanted to conceive a durable but minimalist stool for outdoor spaces and showers, and paid particular attention to the tube-bending techniques used to create bikes when fabricating the furniture's subtly spindly legs.
OG-NM301 is typical of NM3, which has become a staple of Milan's design scene since its founding in 2020.
Fused by Audra Grays and Maxim Lester
Emerging London designers Audra Grays and Maxim Lester joined forces to conceive this desk lamp using bricolage – the French term for creating an object using whatever materials are available.
Titled Fused, the project is the culmination of offcuts from Grays' glassmaking practice and scraps from Lester's metalwork, combined to create an elegantly utilitarian lamp.
The collaboration is a reassuring reminder of how emerging creatives can get their heads together to cut material costs, while still producing interesting and functional products.
Fused will be on display during next month's London Design Festival, as part of the Kiln Shift exhibition by Clink Street Ceramics.
