The latest edition of our Dezeen Debate newsletter features a rattan furniture line by Canadian-American actor Pamela Anderson. Subscribe to Dezeen Debate now.

Anderson has teamed up with Los Angeles furniture company Olive Ateliers to create a 40-piece rattan furniture collection.

Commenters had mixed opinions on the project, with one opining it's "waiting for a celebrity to reinvent the wheel", while another thought "these pieces and sets look appropriately organic for the island".
