Call For Entries: Get Published and Be Named an Architectural Visionary in the 2026 Vision Awards!
Architectural visionaries: This is your moment to shine!
The 2026 Architizer Vision Awards is now open for entries, honoring the studios and individuals redefining how architecture is imagined, represented and communicated. From radical conceptual proposals to unforgettable photographs, films, renderings and drawings, the program celebrates the creative work that shapes architecture long before — and long after — a building is complete.
Start your entry today and complete it before the Early Entry Deadline at midnight PT on April 17, 2026:
Proudly hosted by Architizer in partnership with RELEASE [AEC], NADKA, Metropolis, and the World Visualization Festival, the Vision Awards is designed to honor and elevate the studios, designers and image-makers whose work is driving architecture forward.
If your work challenges convention or communicates architecture in a new way, this is your opportunity to be recognized as one of the voices shaping what comes next. Whether it’s a bold unbuilt project, a lost competition entry or a concept left on the drawing board, the Vision Awards provides a new stage to give that work the global attention it deserves.
Be Named in the Visionary 100

Rendering by ELEMENT VISUALIZATIONS
At the heart of this year’s program is the return of the Visionary 100, Architizer’s definitive annual directory of the world’s most exciting architectural creators. For firms and individuals alike, inclusion signals something bigger than a single accolade — it marks you as a designer, visualizer or storyteller whose work is influencing the direction of architecture itself.
In an industry where ideas are increasingly experienced through images, the ability to communicate architecture with clarity and conviction has become a form of authorship. The Visionary 100 celebrates those who do it best.

Each Vision Awards category offers two major accolades: the Editors’ Choice Award, selected by Architizer’s editorial team, and the Jurors’ Choice Award, selected by an expert jury from the season’s top entries. This year’s jury includes internationally renowned architects Steven Holl and Daniel Libeskind, alongside a diverse panel of designers, editors and industry leaders. For the first time, the Vision Awards will culminate in an in-person celebration at the iconic Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie in Paris this fall. Hosted in partnership with RELEASE [AEC], an exciting global conference focused on emerging technology in architecture, engineering and construction.
Winners will be announced live, with finalists and winners invited to attend a full day of keynotes, panel discussions, demonstrations and networking. Selected winners will also see their work exhibited during the conference and have the opportunity to present their work on stage.
For architects, rendering artists, photographers and videographers alike, the event will provide an unparalleled opportunity to connect with and grow business relationships with other visionary leaders across the AEC industry, while having fun in the process!
New Prizes for 2026

Select Vision Awards Winners will be featured in a 2027 print edition of Metropolis Magazine. See more details on the program prizes here.
This year’s Vision Awards program introduces an expanded set of incentives designed to elevate you and your work even further.
In partnership with Metropolis, select Vision Awards winners will be published in the magazine’s Spring 2027 print issue dedicated to innovation in AEC. Distributed across North America and featured at the AIA national convention in Philadelphia, this is a rare opportunity to see your work in print at a major industry event.
New this year, the Vision Awards also offers a chance to monetize your vision with the creative catalog platform NADKA, offering one winner the chance to join its exclusive portfolio. This opens the door to global commercial licensing opportunities across film, television, gaming and advertising — transforming architectural imagery into new forms of creative and professional value.
And in another first for Architizer, select winning architectural films will be aired on DESIGNTV, SANDOW’s premier platform for design-oriented video!
