Belgian architecture practice Studio Moto designed a modular furniture system that celebrates the qualities of aluminium.
The Stack furniture system comes together without the need to use tools and screws, and can be configured into plinths and tables as well as continuous shelving.
Stack was recently featured on Dezeen Showroom alongside flying saucer-shaped lights and acoustic lamps that are shaped like sea creatures.

Rificolona lamps by E-ggs for Miniforms
Italian brand Miniforms and design studio E-ggs collaborated on a series of lights with dimpled shades shaped like UFOs.
Six formats are available – three floor-standing iterations and three pendant versions – all of which share the same aesthetic and tilting mechanism.

Italian designer Mario Ferrarini worked with Flokk-owned furniture brand Offecct to create a system of modular seating that has distinctively crimped details.
The Offecct Circulus modular seating system comprises fabric-covered seats and backrests and perforated structural elements within, which can be seen from certain angles.

Echoes of the Deep lighting by Askia Furniture
Romanian brand Askia Furniture looked to the streamlined, weightless appearance of sea life to inform this collection of acoustic light fittings.
Echoes of the Deep lighting comprises seven marine creatures – hammerhead shark, stingray, turbot, sword fish, flat fish, tench fish and crucian carp – each composed of an LED light rod strung with PET felt fins.

British furniture brand Bisley has taken its locker-style steel cabinets are turned them into display cases complete with reeded glass panels in their doors.
Fern Peek cabinets encourage curation in their translucent doors, and are available in various sizes, colours and shapes.

Haelo carpet tiles by Modulyss
Belgian flooring brand Modulyss's Haelo carpet tiles are decorated with a dappled print reminiscent of light shining through moving water.
The tiles are available in sub-styled named Lume and Ray, which interpret the pattern in slightly different ways. Both come in various colourways and size formats.
Bollo dining chair by Andreas Engesvik for Fogia
Fogia has released an upright, compact version of its signature Bollo lounge chair, designed by Andreas Engesvik according to the same aesthetics but with an emphasis on ergonomics.
The Bollo dining chair aims to make long periods of seated dining and conversation more comfortable, while retaining the slim metal frame and plump, draped cushions as the original lounge seat.
Cerene Skylight by Ahrend
Dutch office furniture brand Ahrend aimed to recreate the appearance of a blue sky seen through a skylight window in this light fitting that can be integrated into two of the office pods in its catalogue.
The Cerene Skylight is made using a steel casement combined with lighting company Signify's NatureConnect technology, which casts a glow that closely resembles natural sunlight and helps to enhance worker wellbeing, according to studies by the brand.
