Workplace and industry leaders Pip Jamieson, Marsha Ramroop, Tracy Brower, Lindsay Urquhar and Aliya Vigor‑Robertson have been announced as judges for Dezeen Jobs Top Companies 2026.

Dezeen Jobs Top Companies recognises outstanding studios and companies around the world that are redefining what great workplaces look like.

Pip Jamieson founded The Dots in 2014

Entrepreneur and CEO Pip Jamieson founded professional networking site The Dots in 2014, which was described by technology brand Apple as "networking for the modern world".

The Dots is recognised in The Sunday Times Top 100 Disruptive Entrepreneurs, Founders Forum's Inspiring 50, and as an Adweek trailblazer.

Marsha Ramroop portait
Marsha Ramroop is the founder and director of Unheard Voice Consultancy Ltd

Joining the panel is award-winning organisational inclusion strategist Marsha Ramroop, founder and director of Unheard Voice.

Her consultancy supports organisations in achieving systemic change through "cultural intelligence" to help eliminate discrimination in workplaces and society.

Ramroop was named one of the Top 100 Inspirational D&I Leaders in 2025 and is the author of Building Inclusion – A Practical Guide to EDI in the Built Environment.

Tracy Brower portrait
Tracy Brower is an author and sociologist

Author and sociologist Tracy Brower also joins this year's judging panel. Brower is the author of The Secrets to Happiness at Work and Bring Work to Life, which focus on the future of work and work-life fulfilment.

Brower is also the vice president of Workplace Insights for global furniture company Steelcase and a senior contributor to Forbes and Fast Company.

Her new book, Critical Connections, will be released in March 2026.

Lindsay Urquhar portait
Lindsay Urquhar is the CEO and founder of Bespoke Careers

The fourth judge is Lindsay Urquhar, CEO and founder of recruitment platform Bespoke Careers. Urquhar founded the site in 2004, intending to help people achieve their career goals.

Urquhar is a qualified architect and has worked with major clients including Allies & Morrison, Stanton Williams and ZHA World.

Aliya Vigor‑Robertson portrait
Aliya Vigor‑Robertson is the co-founder of JourneyHR

Completing this year's panel is Aliya Vigor-Robertson, co-founder of JourneyHR, an HR consultancy supporting SMEs and founder-owned businesses to help them develop great places to work.

With over 25 years of experience across the creative, advertising and marketing sectors, Vigor-Robertson also mentors rising talent from black and ethnic minority backgrounds.
