Dezeen Debate features Jean Nouvel's "radical design" for Fondation Cartier

The latest edition of our Dezeen Debate newsletter features French architect Jean Nouvel's overhaul of a 19th-century department store in Paris. Subscribe to Dezeen Debate now.
Nouvel converted a historic department store next to the Louvre in Paris into a new home for Fondation Cartier, complete with movable gallery spaces.
Readers discussed the project, with one describing it as a "pretty radical design with so much potential for ever-changing exhibitions". Another, less impressed, said it "looks like a train station".

Other stories in this week's newsletter that sparked debate include a crystal Cognac bottle created by 50 Cent in collaboration with Lalique, a supertall skyscraper for JPMorgan Chase by Foster + Partners and a food research centre in Spain by BIG.
