Strut table and pouf by Yağmur Köylü for Yet Design Studio
Dezeen Showroom: Istanbul and London-based Yet Design Studio has launched a matching pouf and table made from aluminium angle profiles commonly used in construction.
The Strut table and pouf join Yet Design Studio's Strut chair, which launched during the 2025 edition of Milan Design Week, to form the three-piece collection.
Yet describes the pouf as having a "compact yet confident form", comprising a circular leather-upholstered seat – available in black or white – as well as a drum-like cylindrical body and a base tucked beneath fashioned from faceted aluminium profiles.
"Though intimate in scale, the Strut Pouf expresses a strong sense of clarity and character, demonstrating how simple geometric forms can convey both strength and beauty," said Yet.
The table, through its sharp-cornered square top and rigid legs at each corner, "extends the collection's structural idea into a shared horizontal plane".
"The supporting elements are not treated as secondary details; they define the visual identity of the object itself," said Yet.
"Strut began with a question: can the element that carries an object also become the source of its character? The collection grew from that question, allowing one structural idea to take on different scales, functions and expressions," said designer Yağmur Köylü.
