Shrinx lounge chair by Boris Berlin for +Halle
Danish furniture brand +Halle collaborated with designer Boris Berlin on a lounge chair with a skeletal steel frame that gives the shape of a plump armchair without the use of foam.
The Shrinx lounge chair is characterised by its taut, heat-shrunk textile upholstery, which results in a distinctive translucent seat.
The chair was recently featured on Dezeen Showroom alongside a compact, pared-back office pod and a rereleased desk originally designed in the 1940s.

Rectilinear frames encasing plump pillows makes up this seating system by Japanese designer Keiji Takeuchi for furniture brand NaughtOne.
Mimo modular seating comprises the modular seating system as well as two- and three-seater sofas, a club chair and coffee tables, united by their lounge-like, low silhouettes.
Model 36 desk by Severin Hansen and Dagmar
A reissued desk originally created in 1958 by eminent Danish designer Severin Hansen has been released by vintage furniture manufacturer Dagmar.
The Model 36 desk is made from either solid walnut or oak, and is characterised by its daintily tapered legs and contemporary aesthetic, despite being designed almost 70 years ago.
