Garzetta table by Afteroom for Andreu World
Dezeen Showroom: Swedish studio Afteroom has designed a table for furniture brand Andreu World that can be customised with various tabletops and finishes.
The Garzetta table is intended to be versatile and elegant, with a classic metal cross-shaped base supporting upwardly tapered legs and slender tabletops.
Users can choose from 13 different sizes for the base, which each provide different heights, sizes and functionalities, ranging from side to coffee or occasional tables.
The size of the base also determines the choice of tabletop, with options ranging from circular to bean and rounded triangle shapes.
These can be customised in a range of materials including oak wood in various finishes, lacquered wood in assorted colours, several marbles or glass.
Configurations for size, material and finish can be experimented with via an online tool prior to purchase.
Andreu World says the Garzetta table works equally well in commercial and residential spaces and recommends it for offices, waiting rooms and lounges.
