Evy pendant light by Formateket for Zero Lighting

Dezeen Showroom: design studio Formateket has designed a pendant light that doubles as a planter for lighting brand Zero Lighting.
The Evy lamp was designed to be both practical and aesthetically pleasing, combining lighting and greenery into one product to save space and add visual interest to public spaces.
Various plants can be planted within Evy, which features an aluminium flowerpot set inside the oiled ash veneer lamp shade.
Its cylindrical shape can be used both singularly or grouped together in clusters, designed to suit a range of interiors such as restaurants and offices.
"Evy was created with the ambition to revitalise public spaces by seamlessly integrating lighting and greenery into a cohesive unit," said Zero Lighting.
"In this way, space is optimised, and the practical function of the lamp is enhanced with added aesthetic and functional value."
