Dezeen Awards 2025 showcases 189 standout interiors projects from all over the world

Dezeen has revealed the 189 projects longlisted for this year's Dezeen Awards interior categories, including designs by Holloway Li, Perkins&Will, Keiji Ashizawa Design, Linehouse and Buckley Gray Yeoman.
The 189 longlisted projects, which are in the running to be crowned winners across 13 different interior project categories, are by studios located in 48 different countries, including Nigeria, Dubai, Belgium, Portugal and Singapore.
The top five project city locations are London with 15 longlisted entries, followed by New York with 10, Melbourne with seven and Tokyo and Shanghai tied on six.
Among the longlists are a holiday cabin with a hat-shaped aluminium roof in Sweden, a former bank turned contemporary hotel in London and a food hall with art-deco features in Macau.
All Dezeen Awards 2025 longlists revealed this week
Dezeen Awards 2025, in partnership with Bentley, will reveal all longlisted projects this week. The architecture longlist was revealed yesterday and the design longlist will be announced tomorrow, followed by the sustainability longlist on Thursday.
"For me, this year's interiors longlist showcases exceptional quality across every category," said Ben Saltmer, head of lifestyle design at Bentley and one of this year's interiors judges.
"The standout projects are timeless yet contemporary, striking an elegant balance between innovation and comfort," he added.
"We're proud to continue our partnership with Dezeen, a world-class awards programme that celebrates excellence in architecture, interiors, and design."
The longlisted projects were selected from over 4,300 entries from 89 countries and six continents for the eighth edition of our awards programmes, which continues to celebrate the individuals and studios producing the most outstanding architecture, interiors and design projects from around the globe.
The next stage of Dezeen Awards 2025 will see all longlisted projects assessed by our prestigious panel of international judges, including interior designers Tatjana von Stein, David Thulstrup and Simone Haag.
Our 60 judges will determine the projects that feature on the shortlists, which will be announced in October. A further round of judging by our master jury will determine the winners of the interiors project categories, Bentley Lighthouse Award, as well as the overall interiors project of the year, which is sponsored by Gaggenau.
