Dezeen Awards 2025 interiors shortlist highlights world's most striking spaces

Dezeen has announced the interiors shortlist for this year's Dezeen Awards, which includes projects by Dimore Studio, Lina Ghotmeh and Isern Serra.
The 69 shortlisted projects, which are in the running for awards in 13 different interiors project categories, are by studios located across 22 different countries including Morocco, Singapore, Finland, Canada, Costa Rica and Slovakia.
The countries topping the shortlist are the UK with ten shortlisted projects, China with nine, the USA and Japan tied with seven, followed by Australia with six and Singapore with five.
Shortlisted projects include the "cinematic" interior of the world's most famous train line in Italy, a fashion boutique evocative of traditional fabric ateliers in Shanghai and a modelling agency designed as a "landscape" for taking photos in Barcelona.
Dezeen Awards 2025 shortlists revealed this week

"They show how important interior spaces are to every part of our lives, from healthcare to homes."
The shortlisted projects were scored by our interiors jury, which includes designers Ilse Crawford, Linda Boronkay and Teo Yang.
