Code chair by Bonum

Dezeen Showroom: Polish design brand Bonum has released a chair named Code with a "flirtatious, light form" and locally-sourced ash and metal frame.
Bonum aimed for the Code chair to combine streamlined aesthetics with consideration for the environment during its production.
The solid ash seat and backrest is made from locally-felled timber, reducing each piece's carbon footprint by lessening the length of transportation of the raw material.
Its wraparound arm, backrest and shaped seat create an ergonomically-sound seat that supports the sitter and promotes comfort. They come in black stained or natural finishes.
Tubular metal legs criss-cross to create the frame, contrasting with the natural grain of the wood.
"The Code chair attracts attention with its flirtatious, light form, without distracting with unnecessary embellishments," said Bonum.
"The metal, sturdy construction makes it a long-lasting piece of furniture that will stay with you for a long time, and if you allow it, perhaps forever."
