210 South 12th Building / RSHP
Located in the heart of downtown Philadelphia, RSHP and co-architects Perkins Eastman have completed 210 South 12th for developer Midwood Investment & Development, a 31storey mixed-use tower offering 376 residential apartment homes alongside two floors of retail. Marking the practice's first project in the city, the tower presents a considered and contemporary addition to the urban landscape of downtown Philadelphia.
