Kitchens by Cabbonet

Dezeen Showroom: bespoke kitchens crafted with deluxe materials are the speciality of British brand Cabbonet, founded by designer Andrew Hays.
Cabbonet's kitchens are designed by Arteim, Hays' studio started with Kimm Kovac, and are known for their sense of depth, luxuriousness and drama – features that are rooted in the founders' backgrounds in set and costume design.

"Every project begins with a story," said Hays. "Narrative, material and function are developed together to create spaces with their own identity, shaped by the people who live there and the experiences they want their surroundings to evoke."
Cabbonet's kitchens are born from Arteim's evolving material gallery — a curated resource that acts as a shared reference point for the designers and their clients.

Molten bronze with figured walnut burl wood, richly veined marble with patinated brass, and travertine with blackened steel are among the materials that have featured in the company's recent projects, which are eclectic in their combinations of textures and details.
Cabbonet works with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified timbers and crafts its kitchen furniture in Europe using skilled artisans.
