Kall booth by Kettal

Dezeen Showroom: created by Spanish brand Kettal, the Kall booth provides a private place for work or calls that differs from conventional office pods in its slimline appearance.

The Kall booth's glass sides allow uninterrupted sight lines across interiors, while solid panels act as screens to create privacy for the user.

"The result is that, if you look at it from the front, the volume is not perceived and it could be understood to be embedded against the wall," said Kettal.

Inside the booths, Kettal strived to create a pleasant and warm atmosphere through the use of natural materials such as wood and a translucent textile curtain that can be drawn for additional seclusion.

Interior settings – including table height, ventilation and lighting – can be controlled through either a touchscreen or tactile knobs, creating a space that aims to be serene, tactile and tech-light.

The Kall booth is available in four sizes, and multiples can be joined together to create a succession of intimate meeting rooms and focus areas.
