Bolzan lists five of its products on Dezeen Showroom

Dezeen Showroom: Italian furniture brand Bolzan has published a selection of its latest beds and bedheads on Dezeen Showroom, showcasing its craftsmanship and use of natural materials.
Among the products is the Awase bed, a solid wood and rattan piece created by designer Omi Tahara in the spirit of Japanese minimalism.

The bed's headboard is rendered in tightly woven rattan, bringing warmth and textural richness into the room, and can alternatively be upholstered in fabric.
The Awase bed also features concealed storage within its low platform base for added functionality and refined joinery throughout its ash wood structure for a refined finish.

Another offering, the Tata bed, celebrates leather and fine tailoring with its fully upholstered structure, where even the base is wrapped in smooth, finely stitched hide.
Designed in-house, this bed has a slim and delicate profile, with a subtly concave shape giving an embracing effect to the sleeper and hidden feet making the structure look almost as if it were floating.

Architect India Mahdavi has contributed a characteristically colourful contribution to the Bolzan catalogue with the Rosary headboard, which features a row of bead-like ceramic elements along its top.
The beads are made in the Italian town of Nove, a centre of ceramics production, and paired with a velvet-covered headboard panel featuring fabric from Mahdavi's 100 per cent cotton Chroma collection for Pierre Frey.

Another upholstered option from the Bolzan brand is the Milo bed, which features a wide fabric headboard with movable wings that can adjust the overall shape from open and inviting to enclosed and cocooning.
Designed in-house, this product is intended to be a true bedroom centrepiece, with a choice of richly textured fabrics helping to turn the bed into a standout item.

Also designed in-house is the Nest bed, which is all about foregrounding timber craftsmanship through the delicate shaping of ash wood.
The Nest bed balances lightness and strength with a structure of slender, lightly curving panels, finished in a choice of natural paints.

Bolzan is a family business started in the 1990s by Pietro Bolzan and carried on by siblings Elisabetta and Piercarlo as well as their mother Emilia.
Headquartered near Venice, the company focuses solely on beds, manufacturing entirely in Italy and prioritising artisanal finishing to give its beds their refined character.
