Artist Lucy Sparrow has recreated a classic Mayfair fish and chip shop using 65,000 pieces of felt for her latest installation, The Bourdon Street Chippy.
Sparrow, known for her felt versions of an LA supermarket and a Soho sex shop, chose a fish and chip shop for her latest project as it's a quintessential British institution.
This week's newsletter also featured Armani's plans for its first series of branded residences in the UAE, the passing of Coop Himmelb(l)au co-founder Helmut Swiczinsky and a commercial district in Tokyo designed by producer Pharrell and fashion designer Nigo.
